Throughout her career, Susan has successfully scaled and structured early-stage digital software-driven profit and loss (P&L) operations, surpassing $150 million in revenue. She profoundly understands change management, product management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic alliances.

Passionate about cybersecurity, Susan actively participates in various industry groups, including the Industrial Cyber Joint Working Group, Women in CyberSecurity, the World Economic Forum's Security Working Group, and Infraguard.
