Nicole Gardner is a highly accomplished leader with an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, during which she held prominent positions at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nicole has excelled as a collaborative leader throughout her career, integrating diverse perspectives and skill sets to develop actionable solutions for some of the world's most complex challenges.

As the Executive Committee chair of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Climate Restoration, Nicole is pivotal in driving innovation and embracing the latest climate mitigation, adaptation, and restoration trends. She is deeply passionate about addressing the pressing issues of climate change and its impact on the resilience of vulnerable populations, including children, older individuals, people with disabilities, and specific geographic regions. Nicole's extensive business acumen enables her to comprehend the intricate intersection between sustainability and economic factors.

Nicole's contributions extend beyond her professional achievements. She is a co-author and editor of several books on Electronic Data Interchange, Human Capital, and managing culture change. Additionally, she has served as a guest lecturer at esteemed institutions such as the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Boston University's Questrom School of Business, and American University's Kogod School of Business. In her earlier years, Nicole represented the United States for over a decade at the United Nations Economic Commission of Europe and co-authored a UN technology standard. She is also a distinguished member and rising National Association of Corporate Directors Fellow.
