Before founding Hangar 75, Ian co-founded Radical Company, a Global top 5 innovation agency, as voted by eConsultancy, where he developed strategies for some of the world's most innovative brands. He also founded Join Sam, one of the first global banks for children, to promote financial literacy and inclusion.

 

Ian is an esteemed speaker who has shared his expertise on financial inclusion, trends in millennial financing, venture growth acceleration, risk mitigation, and the future of early-stage investing at various conferences and events. His knowledge and experience also led to his appointment to the UK government committee focused on utilizing technology to improve banking services for underserved communities.
