André Daniels, Sr. is an exceptional visionary leader who brings together technical expertise, business acumen, and unwavering enthusiasm. With over 20 years of experience leading highly skilled and diverse teams for renowned corporations such as JP Morgan, Deutsché Bank, and Bank of America, André has consistently delivered outstanding results and demonstrated exceptional leadership.

Beyond his professional achievements, André is deeply committed to positively impacting his community. He holds several board positions and actively engages in philanthropic initiatives. As the former Board President of the Saint Augustine Public Montessori School and the current Board Secretary of the Youth Crisis Center, André dedicates his time and expertise to supporting the well-being and development of the youth. He is also a valued member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He serves as the Assistant Vice Chair for VIPs at The Players Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

André attributes much of his discipline, critical thinking, and leadership skills to his experience in the military. He completed Officer Training School at Tyndall Air Force Base. He received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Air Force in January 2005, leaving him with a strong foundation of integrity and resilience.

With an impressive academic background, André holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a concentration in Financial Management and a Minor in Leadership from Virginia Tech. He also earned a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Maryland. His dedication to continuous learning and professional development is evident through his certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v4 – Foundation). Furthermore, he has completed the Design Thinking Certificate Program from Bryant University Executive Development Center, enhancing his ability to approach challenges with innovative and creative solutions.
